There is also a bathroom with a toilet. The basement is equipped with a tumble dryer and a washing machine, as well as storage space (for bicycles, beach equipment, etc.). The single-story annex offers a spacious living room with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, five bedrooms, three bathrooms, four toilets, a dining area, sofas, and armchairs.
