Several balconies and patios with lounge chairs provide tranquil escapes, while the movie room and pool table offer another kind of entertainment. The pool invites refreshing dips in the sun, while the shaded gazebos provide an area for relaxation and outdoor gatherings. Prepare delicious meals in the modern kitchen or outside grill and bar area to be enjoy together. We can't forget to mention the luxurious master suite which boasts a beautifully tiled bathroom, with the option of an exotic, open-air bath for a truly unique experience.

Car is highly recommended to get to the house and get around.

Refunds are not available, but you can change the dates anytime within 1 year of your original booking.

4. DO NOT TAKE DISHES, CUTLERY, OR STEMWARE TO THE BEACH.
5. TURN OFF THE LIGHTS WHEN YOU LEAVE A ROOM.
6. TURN OFF ALL A/C UNITS WHEN LEAVING THE HOUSE FOR THE DAY.
7. NO SMOKING/VAPING ALLOWED IN THE HOUSE OR NEARS THE DOORS AND WINDOWS. DISPOSE OF BUTT PROPERLY.
8. NO PETS OF ANY SIZE ALLOWED IN THE HOUSE WITHOUT PRIOR WRITTEN PERMISION.
9. TO AVOID ANTS, DO NOT LEAVE FOOD OUT AND PLEASE PUT ALL TRASH IN THE CLOSED CONTAINER IN THE KITCHEN.
10. FEEL FREE TO USE THE LIBRARY OR LEAVE A BOOK BUT DO NOT TAKE OUR BOOKS WHEN YOU LEAVE.
11. MAKE SURE THE FRONT GATE IS CLOSED AT ALL TIMES TO KEEP OUT STRAY ANIMALS.
12. DO NOT FEED ANY ANIMALS, AND DO NOT LET THEM INSIDE THE HOUSE.
13. A $350.00 RE-KEY FEE WILL BE CHARGED IF ALL KEYS ARE NOT RETURNED UPON DEPARTURE.

15. PLEASE PLACE ALL USED DISHES AND UTENSILS IN THE DISHWASHER AT THE END OF YOUR STAY.
