The property owner is the BEST! He will absolutely take care of you throughout your stay. The view is breath taking and you have an almost private beach just steps down from the pool! Arecibo is the perfect area to stay if you are looking for an authentic Puerto Rico experience, we drove to every corner of the island and it was never more than 2 hours from our room.

Owner advertised one room and gave me room that had a wooden door with cracks in them that allowed insects in the room and anybody could've open easily i was with my 17 year old daughter and when i complained theyried to charge more for another room.

I’ve stayed at Ventana al Atlántico several times, and every single visit has been a great experience. The customer service is always excellent—friendly, responsive, and attentive. The place is consistently clean and peaceful, which makes it easy to relax and enjoy. The owner is very courteous and welcoming, which adds a personal touch that keeps me coming back. The location is also perfect—close to beautiful beaches, restaurants, and local attractions, yet still feels private and calm. For everything it offers, the price is very reasonable. I highly recommend Ventana al Atlántico to anyone looking for a comfortable and reliable place to stay in the area!

Even though kitchen had a burner and air fryer, no outlets to plug into. Wall next to the window had three outlets, none worked. Had to charge my phone in the bathroom. Also, front door had a gap at the bottom, any animal could crawl into the room. Bathroom window had no curtains, made my own out of sheets. Outside the bathroom window there was a tank, anyone could lift themselves up to watch someone take a shower… pictures on Orbitz look nothing what I experienced.

I had an amazing time at this hotel. Great views in the center of town near all restaurants and things to do it was very peaceful. The pool was maintained everyday. It was clean The owner checked on us a couple of times doing all stay to make sure everything was working and everything was all good. I love the communication

Terrible experience. Rude not well mannered people running the place. Booking was ocean view room and I was given a room with no view at all. The room was dirty, the main door had a big space open in the bottom of the door so dozens of mosquitos will enter the room. the faucet broken, the tv didnt work and on top they locked us out the room and it took the police to intervene so they could answer the several calls and messages we sent them. Mean bad people period. When I told the man about the room not having ocean view he said this is Puerto Rico. He insulted his own place. so disturbing

Honestly, I did not feel safe here. I arrived at night, no verification needed. Room was scary, clean tho. But the door was made of wood and you can see thru the cracks. Anyone could peak thru it. I was very scare didn’t sleep much. I would not recommend if your staying alone and don’t know the area.
