This three-bedroom villa is a great choice for those wanting to explore the West Coast of Cyprus. Nestled not far from the town of Argaka, this traditional villa is surrounded by ancient history, stunning nature trails, and a stone's throw from an impressive panoramic coastline. Ideal for days at the beach, the Argaka coast stretches just over 8km long and is dotted with beach bars and tavernas, great for trying some authentic mezze platters or homemade moussakas.
For days spent relaxing by the pool then look no further than Villa Agathi. Built in the traditional style with a brick facade and wooden pergolas, this gorgeous terrace, surrounded by evergreen bushes and swaying palm trees makes for a great day back at the villa. There's a refreshing 8x4m pool for cooling off in the midday sun, reclining sun loungers and a large brick-built BBQ for the budding chefs out there. 
Inside, the villa is homely, with warm soft furnishings and wooden furniture. There's a cosy living room and a quaint kitchen complete with an oven, hob, microwave, and dishwasher. Theres three bedrooms in total, one double bedroom on the ground floor and a further two bedrooms on the first floor, both of these offer ensuite bathrooms and a balcony terrace each.

Important Information - This property contains large gaps in the internal Staircase railings. Please ensure children remain supervised at all times.

To access the villa there is a path which is 100cm wide, leading to 2 steps to the front door, the front door is 83cm wide. The lounge door is 100cm wide and the kitchen/dining room door is 62cm wide, the living area is open plan. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 67cm wide, there are 3 steps down from the terrace to the pool area, the path to the pool is 120cm wide. The outside grounds are flat and even. The pool has a ladder, there are no steps. The ground floor bedroom doors are 72cm wide and the ground floor bathroom door is 75cm wide, this is a shower/bath type bathroom. There are 18 steps leading to the first floor level.
