Located on the 3rd floor (with lift), it comprises an attractive 15 m² living room, a fitted kitchen and a bathroom. Wifi included. We're waiting for you!

- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, microwave oven, hob, 2 high chairs, 2 folding chairs, etc.

- A shower room with shower and WC
Outside area :
- A shared, unheated swimming pool open from 1 June to 30 September.
- A paddling pool for children.
The flat is ideally located in Argelès-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private space in the residence car park.
