Spectacular penthouse with a Solarium that has incredible views of the sea, has sun loungers, barbecue and an outdoor shower where you can relax and enjoy this wonderful accommodation. The location is ideal if you like to come and relax and enjoy the charms of the sea since it is only 5 minutes from the beach. This small town is located in the south of Tenerife, where you can spend a few days of tranquility and rest.

15 minutes from the South airport. The location stands out for having sun and good weather throughout the year, as it is facing south, and it is also 5 minutes from the highway, making it ideal for touring the entire island. The town has a small minimarket, very close to the apartment and open every day, where you can find the essentials.

We also make available to guests who request it cot and high chair for babies (check availability previously).Small pet is allowed on request

Schön, aber....

Die Lage ist prima, das Apartment hübsch eingerichtet und sauber. Küche, Wohn- und Schlafbereich sind ein Raum, maximal 45 qm. Hier wurde die Fläche der geräumigen Dachterrasse großzügig eingerechnet. Geeignet für 2 oder 3 Personen. Stellen Sie sich auf einen schwankenden, mitunter sehr geringen Wasserdruck in der Dusche ein. Zudem häufig kaltes Wasser. Der Boiler hängt in der Küche, bis das Wasser warm im Bad ankommt, dauert es..... lange. Und dann ist es plötzlich doch wieder kalt. Haare waschen war teilweise nur unter Zuhilfenahme von gefüllten Wasserflaschen möglich. Die Dachterrasse nebenan bewohnte ein Hund. Immer. Das heißt, er verrichtete auch sein Geschäft dort. Bis zu 8 Hundehäufchen. Ja, das riecht man mitunter. Ich hoffe für den Hund, dass das für ihn nur eine vorübergehende Unterbringung war, denn wir haben nicht einmal gesehen, dass er Auslauf oder Abwechslung hatte. Daher von uns insgesamt nur 3 Sterne.
