Sound travels too easily through the dividing doors between rooms. The bed I was in was missing a set of wheels so sagged down in one spot. The tiles on the floor of the shower were mouldy. This is my first and last stay here.

Whilst I was very happy to be offered a complimentary breakfast, the area was unattended and I couldn't find anyone to replace used milk for cereal. The area was in need of attention in other areas as well - very disorganised, messy and "dirty".

Great 3 night stay

We stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed our stay. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. The included breakfast was basic but plentiful. We were particularly impressed by the range of gluten free options and the extensive array of different types of milk available. They obviously work hard to cater to all types of allergies. The bathroom was large, modern and a great shower. We were a short drive into town and within walking distance of a great fish and chip place. We used the pool, great to cool off after a hot day. The only small things were one of the single beds was very uncomfortable, luckily there was only 2 of us and 3 beds, so a swap to the other single bed was better. There is no where to hang your towels in the bathroom, at all, which is a little weird. We were on the ground floor and the room above us was using their air conditioner, this reverberated quite loudly in my room, interrupting my sleep. Hence the 4 instead of 5 stars. Overall a great stay though, clean, modern, friendly staff. Would stay here again.
