Es de muy reciente construcción y dispone de ascensor hasta el garaje, piscina comunitaria, amplia plaza cerrada de garaje y una preciosa terraza muy soleada con vistas a la piscina y amueblada donde disfrutar del sol y el paisaje.

Cuenta con 1 dormitorio de cama de matrimonio , otro con 2 camas individuales, cocina independiente, salón comedor con acceso a la terraza y dos baños completos (uno con bañera y otro con ducha)

Isla tiene unos preciosos senderos por la costa  y unos paisajes únicos para disfrutar paseando y tomando el sol , su gastronomía en los diferentes restaurantes especializados en mariscos del cantábrico y carnes son ya famosos y la Playa del Sable tiene Bandera Azul y es ideal para niños pequeños por su ausencia de corrientes de agua (es como una piscina en el mar)  . Muy cerca están las Playas de los Barcos y Arnadal , también de mucho atractivo y muy populares.
