As you step onto the downstairs terrace, you'll be greeted with refreshing pool views. For added safety, the terrace is securely gated, providing peace of mind for guests with young children. Relaxation awaits with several sun loungers available, accompanied by a covered patio area furnished with a table and chairs for your outdoor dining pleasure.



Enter through the patio doors into the inviting lounge area, furnished with a comfortable 3-seater brown leather sofa adorned with scatter cushions. A side table, coffee table, and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV with English and international satellite channels, along with a DVD player, complete the entertainment setup. Adjacent to the lounge, you'll find a dining table and chairs, perfect for enjoying meals or gathering for quality time together.



A few steps lead up to another level, where a desk and a well-equipped kitchen area await. The kitchen features modern appliances including a tall fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, ceramic hob, extractor fan, and a washing machine. Additionally, a convenient downstairs cloakroom with a wash hand basin and WC is available for your comfort.



Ascend the stairs to discover the cozy bedrooms and a family bathroom. The master bedroom boasts a comfortable double bed, bedside tables with bedside lights, and fitted wardrobes accompanied by a dressing table with a mirror and stool. Both air conditioning and a ceiling fan are provided to ensure a pleasant temperature. Step out onto your private balcony, which overlooks the pool and is thoughtfully furnished with a sun lounger, a small table, and two patio chairs. To provide shade on sunny days, a sun awning is also available.



The second bedroom features two single beds, a chest of drawers with bedside lights, and offers the same amenities of air conditioning and a ceiling fan. The family bathroom offers convenience and luxury with a walk-in shower, a bath with an overhead shower, a wash hand basin, and a WC.



Please note that the lead guest must be 25 years or older, and we kindly request that the property is reserved for families only. To ensure a peaceful environment, we do not accommodate groups of all males or all females.

Please note due to new legal regulations in Spain, the owner of this property may require some personal information from guests, including but not limited to the following: copies of passports for all the guests, the guests' home address, mobile telephone number and email address. Also, if children aged 18 years or younger are included in the party, we will need to know the relationship of the children to one adult member of the party. Full flight details will also be required to arrange the key handover.



Also, to advise that the complex makes a small charge for sun loungers and sun parasols around the pool. As this charge is set by the Community we are unable to advise on the amount, as it is subject to change. But it is possible for guests to look this up themselves.
