Beautiful loft with high quality finishes located in the most central area of ​​Arrecife. It is close to the old town, the Charco de San Ginés and the shopping streets. An apartment with open distribution and modern decoration. Ideal for couples.
It is a newly remodeled one bedroom apartment with access to two balconies. It has all the comforts: air conditioning (cold heat), high speed WiFi internet, modern kitchen equipped even with dishwasher, parking in the same building, large beds with high quality mattresses.
It was completed in October 2018. Everything brand new!
In the living room there is a 55-inch Samsung TV, with 4K resolution and Smart TV. There is a satellite decoder with open channels from different European countries (English, German, Belgian, French, ...). There are also Spanish DTT channels, some of which broadcast some content in English, selecting the language on television. Television is connected to the internet and has access to applications such as YouTube or NetFlix.
Are you on a field trip and are you looking forward to sharing your photos with friends? No problem, there is free WiFi throughout the house.
The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a fridge with freezer, ceramic induction hob and microwave with grill function. Also, there are small appliances like toaster, kettle, coffee maker, etc. The kitchen has everything you need, including quality kitchenware and crockery.
What do we provide our guests? We do not want you to arrive with your suitcase loaded or that the first day you have to buy basic things. The apartment is delivered with toilet paper, kitchen paper, water, beer, salt, pepper, tea, other spices, olive oil, cleaning products, detergent and fabric softener. In addition, you will have bath towels, hand towels, beach towels and clean bedding. Weekly linen and bath towels are provided on request at no additional cost.
Where do I park? There is parking available in the same building for those who come with a rental car. Really, you do not need the car to get around Arrecife because all the points of interest are less than 5 minutes walking.
There is a large avenue by the sea that runs from the coast of Arrecife and reaches Puerto del Carmen without interruption. Ideal for those who love walking or cycling. To tour the rest of the island, you can hire excursions or rent a car.
There is a lift in the building that connects all floors including the parking area. The house is suitable for the elderly and children. If you need a crib or a baby chair, request it in advance.
If you travel in a large group, there is the possibility of reserving more apartments in the same building.

Great property and location

Had a wonderful weeks stay. Everything is walkable if your fit and able, even the bus top to go to other destinations on the Island. A couple of decent local restaurants in the nearby port and the new shopping mall, both within 8-10 mins walk. Property was great and obviously recently refurbished. Great place to stay if you want to be away from the normal hustle of a tourist resort like Puerta Del Carmen or Teguise.

Studio apartment Arrecife

My husband and have just spent 9 nights in this studio apartment in Arrecife. Excellent accommodation - modern, very clean and very comfortable. Close to a nice variety of restaurants and also the beach. Airport not that far away - an easy taxi ride. We were met at apartment even though our flight was an evening flight. Definitely 5 stars from us!

Well maintained, lovely studio apartment in the center of the town of Arrecife. Parking in designated parking spot in the garage. Easy access to roads in and out of town, and centered on the island. Owner was easy to reach and communicate with. Nearby grocery stores and restaurants. Lovely experience.

A gem in Arrecife

We have spent three weeks in this very comfortable studio in central Arrecife. The owner, Jorges, is meticulous. He presented the property in detail on line. The studio is extremely well equipped - probably the best we have had. The bed is of high quality. The TV supports Netflix and the Internet. We particularly liked not staying in a tourist complex. The local supermarket and markets have great produce. The studio is very close to excellent restaurants. Thank you Jorge for a great holiday.

Super modern apartment in perfect location in Arrecife

We loved this apartment,and Jorges was very friendly and helpful. I would have given 5 stars except for a couple of small teething problems. There are no operating instructions for the microwave and washing machine. The former we sorted out but could have done with some microwave cookware instead of having to use the crockery. Washing machine came up with error message first time we used it - I think hose must have been bent so insufficient water. Pity nobody tried it out properly before letting out. Jorges sent someone to fix this next day and all OK after. Apart from that, it was spotlessly clean and perfect location. Lots of information provided about places to visit.

für kurzferien i.o.! alle hotspots fantastisch. hat man jedoch in ein paar tagen gesehen. auto- oder fahrradmiete obermühsam. man kann sich nicht auf die öffnungszeiten im net verlassen. warten, warten, warten und dann schlussendlich nichts zur verfügung.touristinfo äusserst unprofessionell! für mehrere wochen nicht zu empfehlen. einkaufsmöglichkeiten zum kochen viel zu weit weg. wir mussten einkaufswagen posten wegen schlepperei. ansonsten sehr wenige nonfood einkaufsmöglichkeiten. mutet vieles an wie vom vorigen jahrhundert. vorwiegend chinaläden mit billigstem ramsch.

Beschreibung hält was sie verspricht - sehr zu empfehlen

Wir haben die Zeit in diesem neuen Apartment sehr genossen. Wir wurden perfekt betreut und hatten einen Tiefgaragenplatz. Alles was perfekt, das Einzige was uns gefehlt hat ist ein Balkon. Der Anbieter Jorge hat aber auch Apartments mit Balkon. Liegt super Zentral und sehr ruhig. Wirklich sehr zu empfehlen.

Alles in der Nähe! Mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln (Busbahnhof sehr nah!) überall auf die Insel! Fahrradverleih (ebike) am Retondo! Sehr schön war‘s! Danke, Jorge, für deine Betreuung!
