Finca 'Son Sureda' with Sea View, Private Pool and Wi-Fi

The stylish finca 'Son Sureda' combines authentic Mallorcan country house charm with modern living comfort. You can book the finca for up to eight people in total. If you book for up to six people, only the ground floor is available – with three bedrooms and three bathrooms, including one en suite. If eight people are staying, an additional separate apartment in the basement will be opened, featuring its own bathroom and a private terrace. Different conditions apply for bookings with six or eight people accordingly.



Each bedroom is equipped with air conditioning. The use of the air conditioning is charged according to actual electricity consumption and must be paid in cash on site.



The house leaves nothing to be desired in terms of equipment. The spacious living area is modernly furnished and flows seamlessly into the fully equipped kitchen. A fiber optic internet connection with a speed of 300 Mbit/s ensures the best digital connectivity – ideal for those who want to work online or handle large amounts of data even on holiday.



Outside, a large saltwater pool with sun terrace and eight comfortable loungers awaits you. Several terraces, including a covered dining and barbecue terrace, offer wonderful spots for shared meals under the open sky. The finca is nestled in lush Mediterranean surroundings and offers a fantastic panoramic view over the gentle hills to Artà and the distant sea.



Despite its quiet location, the beaches, restaurants and shopping facilities of Artà are just a few minutes away by car – a perfect retreat for families and groups of friends.
