Furthermore, the villa offers a private balcony, which is accessible via the third-floor bedroom as well as a private outdoor area with a garden, 2 terraces (open and covered), a pool, an outdoor shower, hammocks and sun loungers. Start your day with a cup of hot coffee on the spacious terrace, which overlooks the sea and is accessible via the second-floor bedrooms. Relax with a good book on the hammocks and cool down on warm summer days in the pool. Within a 5-minute drive you will find a small selection of restaurants and bars. The nearest supermarket is also just 3-minute away by car. Cala Tonó, a small, quiet beach, which is used by the residents of the surrounding properties, is right on your doorstep, approximately 20 m away. Here you can enjoy the Spanish sun and swim in the crystal clear water. Approximately 13 minutes away on foot you will also find the S’Arenal de Sa Canova beach (1.1 km).
