Great visit. Friendly and helpful staff, spotless room, good choice at breakfast, and good lication just two minutes walk from the station an ten minutes from the rown. Some things were a little tired, but I'd be very happy to stay here again.

While the proprieters of the property were very nice, the room was very tiny as was the bathroom and we could not get hot water even after running the shower full blast for 5 minutes. I was dying wasting all that water! When I me tioned it at the desk, the response was that itbis an old building and it takes the hot water a long time to travel the pipes! Not a great answer, even if true. Qe were booked for 2 nites but only stayed one. I wouldngo back again.

Great little hotel, rooms are old fashioned but cosy and warm, rooms are spotless including the bathroom shower was hot and powerful. Ample of parking and the breakfast was good, filling and very adequate. I would certainly return and recommend.

Comfortable stopover

Our stay served its purpose for a day visiting Arundel so was conveniently located for this. It was a comfortable stay and breakfast was very good. Being an older building there was some noise from neighbouring rooms, especially above, and being at the front nearer to the main road.

Convenient Hotel

The premises are in good condition and very clean, and my room was very spacious. However the premises felt a little e4mpty as there is no restaurant and therefore fewe pewople milling arou7nd. the breakfast extreley good and the datff friendly and helpful. Overall it was good for an overnight stop

A trip to arundel castle

The hotel is about 12 minutes walk into arundel, the hotel is also in a good location if you are travelling by train, it's about 25 meters from the train station,the staff are very friendly and helpful in the hotel, thee rooms are very spacious and the beds are comfy.
