スタッフの方がとても親切でした。禁煙ルームを予約していたのに、なぜか喫煙ルームと伝わっていたようで、（手元のメールにも禁煙と書いてあったので、予約間違いではないと思うのですが）その旨を説明すると、快く禁煙ルームへ変更してくださいました。おかげで快適な旅行をすることができました。
