Very clean and well stocked. Very kind and responsive host. Not too far from the beach but far enough that parking was super easy. Use the provided bikes to ride to the beach (just bring your own lock) or the scooters right on the corner of the block so you don’t have to pay the premium for parking lots. Would absolutely stay again.

I visit Asbury Park often. I usually rent closer to the boardwalk but decided to try this rental. I’m glad I did. It was a lovely home, as described. The fridge was filled with water bottles, and I think we drank every one of them. The beds were comfortable, and the air conditioning was great. The house is close to the corner with Sunset Avenue, a straight, easy and lovely walk to the boardwalk. Bikes were also available and were used, as were the beach passes provided and excellent towels! There was some off-street parking, but we were always able to park on the street - in high season. It made for a lovely break with family. When I communicated with the host, she was always prompt and helpful in her replies. I hope to rent it again, and I highly recommend it.
