The large open living room invites you to linger with a cozy corner bench and seating area. A Swedish stove ensures even more cosiness in the room. You will find privacy in one of the two bedrooms. Bedroom # 1 even has a small balcony and a desk. The bathroom has a large bathtub and the toilet is separate from it, including a small washbasin. The small kitchen is well equipped. Self CheckIn: Pick up the keys at our place thats just 2 minutes away. The apartment is very quiet and yet centrally located in a small side street with a panoramic view of the Kampenwand. It is a great starting point for hikes, bike tours and walks. Distances: 5 km from the motorway; 7 km to the Chiemsee; Center, bakery, butcher, Edeka, Aschau train station & Kampenwandbahn valley station can be reached in a maximum of 15 minutes on foot; 30 km to the Bad Aibling thermal baths The parking spaces at the house are reserved for the residents, but can be used for loading and unloading. 100m away there is a free public parking lot at a small fountain that can be used. There is space for bicycles in the bicycle cellar with access through the underground car park. The tourist tax is already included in the price.
