With 8 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, our retreat comfortably accommodates up to 27 guests in 16 individual beds, making it perfect for family reunions, group getaways, or corporate retreats. Each room is adorned with plush, boxspring/hybrid mattresses for a restful night's sleep, and the 4 downstairs bedrooms each boast their own AC systems to ensure personalized comfort for every guest.

Entertainment abounds at every corner of our property, from the heated pool with panoramic mountain views to the converted tobacco barn turned entertainment haven. Here, you'll find a sauna, hot tub, a bar, and various games including ring toss, shuffleboard, foosball, and more. The barn also features a podium, disco lights, a state-of-the-art Dolby Atmos sound system, and various seating areas for unforgettable gatherings. Please note that the Tabacco Barn allows for natural breeze to penetrate, so it is not heated, nor cooled.

Indulge your cinematic cravings in one of our two movie theatres, where you can enjoy the latest blockbusters or your favourite classics on a massive 100-inch 4K TV with Dolby Atmos surround sound and fully reclining genuine leather seats. For culinary enthusiasts, our retreat boasts a chef's kitchen with a double stove and cooktop, and a downstairs kitchenette for added convenience. Of course, we also have an outside griddle for your BBQs.
We converted a massive 700-square-foot garage into a heated/ventilated game room, with huge all-glass garage doors that open fully. Inside we offer a full-size limestone pool table, poker table, foosball, air hockey, darts, several arcade games, Xbox with a couch and seating area and even a bar.

Outdoor enthusiasts will appreciate the covered hot tub, swings overlooking the mountains, and the large real wood firepit for your smore-filled evenings. Beyond the luxuries of the retreat itself, our property offers ample opportunities for outdoor adventure. Running laps around the property will give you a very substantial workout, and throughout the property and beyond are scenic hiking trails, such as the French Broad River, which is just a short hike away.

Surcharge for Large Groups
Please be advised that a surcharge of $75 per person per night will be applied to any guest count exceeding 12 at our properties. It should reflect this surcharge up to 16 guests, but it is not reflected in your price breakdown if you come with up to 27 persons, the additional fees will be charged by the host upfront, in addition to the total price.

Pet fee
There is an additional $ 75 cleaning fee if you bring pets. Please note, that we do not allow dogs on furniture, but if you do, please use a blankie for your fur baby. The backyard is mostly fenced in but it's impossible to secure 5.2 acre of backyard.

Cancellation Policy
VRBO's cancellation terms allow guests to cancel right before their stay, which is not ideal for a property of this size that typically does not accommodate last-minute bookings. To address this, we offer a refund if your dates are rebooked at the rate we secure, up to the amount of your original payment. Additionally, we provide a full refund within the first 48 hours of booking, aligning with the cancellation policies of other platforms. This is a top 5% property in Asheville area, and so rebooking it should not be hard, as long as you do not cancel last minute.
