Biltmore Hideaway - Luxury Urban Tree Top Retreat

Welcome to your Biltmore Hideaway! Located in historic Kenilworth, this 750 SF 2 bdrm/1 bath private lower level apartment is a stone’s throw away from Biltmore Estate and historic Biltmore Village, and 1.7 miles to Downtown Asheville. We offer luxury accommodations with a screened porch nestled among the treetops where you can enjoy your complimentary Biltmore Estate wine, local spirits, & snacks. You will have a private entrance to this lower level apartment in our home.
The space
THE LIVING ROOM: The living room features a luxurious cognac leather sectional and ottoman,. You will also find a SMART TV above the remote controlled gas fireplace. Although there is no cable TV, you have access to Netflix, Hulu, Disney+ and several local channels via a digital antenna.

THE KITCHEN: The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking granite countertops, a full size refrigerator, a full size induction stove and oven, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, electric tea kettle, and dishwasher. Use the complimentary organic, compostable K-Cups and organic tea bags or pick up some local ground coffee for the reusable K-Cup. And yes, the bottle of Biltmore Estate wine on the counter, the local brews in the refrigerator, and the assortment of all natural snacks are our gift to you.

DINING: The dining table is a custom built live-edge table with 4 countertop-height leather stools.

BATHROOM: The bathroom features a walk in shower, towel warmer, hair dryer and additional toiletries are provided just in case you forget something. You will never run out of hot water with the tankless water heater.

BEDROOMS: One king and one queen bedroom offer high end, luxury mattresses for a great nights sleep. The master has a walk in closet and the second bedroom has a wardrobe.

LAUNDRY: The Hideaway can meet all your laundry needs by offering a full-size washer and dryer, ironing board, and iron. All natural laundry detergent is provided along with handmade wool dryer balls to keep your clothes fluffy and cling free.

PARKING AND ENTRANCE: One dedicated off-street parking spot is available. If needed, arrangements can be made for a second spot. An outdoor lighted walkway with 12 stairs leads to the private entrance.

PETS: We love animals and your four-legged pals are welcome to stay with approval and a $40 pet fee. We just ask that you don't allow them on the beds or furniture and keep them from urinating on the landscaping. If you cannot keep them off the couches (indoor and outdoor), please bring covers to protect them, but we are very strict about our no pets on the bed policy. If an over-enthusiastic pet happens to leave their mark, their loving human guests will be financially responsible. Please let us know what type of pet you have when booking.

OTHER NOTES:
Media outlet plugs (USB and standard) are located in both bedrooms and throughout the apartment.

There is also a portable high chair, and a playpen with mattress available for the littlest guests.

We take pride in offering a clean and healthy home for our guests. You can breath deeply knowing that we only use all natural biodegradable cleaning products.
Other things to note
- This is a lower level apartment in our home with a separate entrance to the left of the front porch in the picture. You will hear some footsteps above, the occasional vacuum, or other noises.

- While the Biltmore Hideaway is tucked away in the trees, it is also within the city limits. In addition to hearing the crickets and peepers, city life, including traffic, trains, and the occasional ambulance can be heard from the retreat. This is NOT a quiet, secluded mountain cabin.
