The staff went out of their way in so many ways; changing rooms so as to be away from traffic, serving wonderful individually-prepared breakfasts (which were excellent), helping with directions and finding and returning a lost item and arranging for it to be returned to us by mail. Hotel was extremely clean, rooms, lobby, and even elevators. The staff was friendly and very helpful. There are a variety of shops within walking distance of the hotel. It is also a short drive to the Tanger Outlet Mall, and Biltmore Village, which is recovering tremendously from damage of Hurricane Helene
