Considering the large number of doors you have to go thru to get to your room it was surprisingly quiet . All in a good choice for anyone having an early Channel Tunnel start (its right by J9 M20 and Tunnel is 11a)

My sister and I stayed for two nights over the Easter weekend and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff were very welcoming and efficient. We did need to call reception to ask them to contact the room next to us, as the guests were quite loud, and the matter was dealt with promptly. The spa and swimming pool were excellent and enjoyed a massage! Breakfast was served buffet-style, with a great variety of choices.
