External shower room with shower and 2x toilets (shared with other properties on-site). Garden with barbecue and firepit (shared with UK49932). Grounds with sitting-out area, terrace and garden furniture (shared with other properties on-site). Private parking for 1 car. No smoking. Please note: This property is situated on a working farm.. Gorgeous Barn Owl bell tent situated in a tranquil location on a 300acre farm surrounded by 100 acres of traditional wildflower meadows and ancient woodland that guests can enjoy. Inside the bell tent there is: A comfortable king sized bed, two bedside tables, two chairs and small table at the foot of the bed. All bedding and towels are provided. A basket inside the tent has two mugs, cutlery, two bowls, plates, glasses, cutlery and tea towels. Two camping chairs Battery powered candles and lantern. In the cooking shack you have: Camping stove, water dispensers and a grey bucket to carry any dishes to Jakes barn to be washed. There are two metal bins for general waste and recycling, so please separate any waste accordingly. Jakes barn is a short walk from the bell tent where you can find more amenities including a fridge freezer, sofa’s, plugs for charging and a butler sink with hot and cold water along with pots, frying pans, whistling kettle and saucepans tea, coffee sugar, salt and pepper. Adjacent to the barn is a gorgeous renovated horse trailer with two flushing loo’s and rustic hand washing facilities. A shower shack with hot and cold water is behind the horse trailer. For ease you have access to a shared composting (for both bell tents) in the field you are staying in for easy access.
