Accommodations up to 8 offering 5 total beds (4 bedrooms: 1 full bed, Queen futon and 1 full bath on main level. 1 King, 2 full beds and 1 full bath on second level. Recently freshly painted, refinished floors on main, huge eat in kitchen, fully equipped; formal dining room; family room; screened porch and lots of outdoor living area. Maticuliously maintained home with pride of ownership of 50 years. Featured in the 2019 Highland Museum Christmas Tour of Homes. Renovated exterior includes: newly built large carport, front porch, speak easy solid wood door, vinyl architectural siding, PVC trim, large stamped concrete driveway and parking pad. Real Stone front and stone post accents. We provide one starter roll of toilet paper, trash liner and paper towels. Please bring extra should you need them. For the convenience of our guests, We also offer late checkout/early checkin when available.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please leave thermostat set on “auto” at 70 degrees at checkout all year round. Please do not set below 68 degrees in summer months and above 72 degrees during winter months during stay.
We ask guests to strip used sheets and pillowcases should you have time. Leave comforter/blanket on beds. If not, no worries at all. TYSM.
