As a regular user of the hotel I am consistently seeing the issues over and over. To the name a few, cleanliness of the room is overlooked, there is dust and surfaces are not wiped down, Carpets are not clean and in the toilet I could see hair on the floor. TV remote had dust on it.

We had a fairly comfortable stay but the rooms are average We had stains on the headboard of the bed and down one side of the bed too, I had to clean them off I have inadvertently rated cleanliness and property condition as good, I should have rated them average and am unable to remove 1 star from the ratings
