As a disabled person i was very disappointed to see that most of the disabled car parking spaces were taken up by people who were using the gym. Out of 10 cars parked in the disabled spaces only 2 held blue badges. Very disappointed unlikely to stay again

The lounge/ bar area is described as "vibrant". I would describe it as noisy, full of drunken groups. We had booked a table for dinner and could not hold a conversation due to the noise. There is nowhere else to sit. I can see how that attracts young party goers, but it isn't a restfull place to stay. The breakfast layout seemed uncoordinated. Pity, because most everything else was good. But we won't ever stay there again.

Stayed over after a gig at Co-op Live. Handy location by tram stop. Arrived back at 10:50 p.m. to be told the bar was closed! What?!!!! Room was ok, mattress too hard for my liking but we're all different, same with 6 ton duvet provided! Nice breakfast at pub next door and appreciated the 11:00 a,m, check out. Would stay again, but will be bringing a cooler bag of own drinks!

Hotel is covered in scaffolding whilst the cladding gets done so not very welcoming. People banging and knocking on doors in the middle of the night. Unable to use gym facilities until check in without an extra charge, which I think is poor. Good location for the tram to Ethiad and retail park with restaurants next to hotel.
