Large, Luxurious Riverfront Townhouse

Come sit along the bank of the Roaring Fork River. Our 2 story, 3 bedroom townhouse is just the place to do it. With a wood burning fireplace in the living room and a big cozy couch to hang out in, this is the place to get away from it all. Not too far from all the amenities in town with being just 2.5 blocks to the grocery store and just 4 blocks to the gondola, shopping and dining. Plunge into one of the largest pools in Aspen which is heated in summer and winter. Jump into and soak in one of the 2 hot tubs and grab a quick work out in the gym !!

Two bedrooms have en suite bathrooms upstairs and another bedroom and bathroom downstairs with the gorgeous kitchen that has plenty of space to enjoy happy hour together and living room and deck on the river.

There is plenty of space to spread out and also enjoy time together. Come make some memories here in Aspen!

Wonderful location

Five of stayed here, with plenty of space. Very nice, updated unit right on the river. Made use of the hot tub and pool. Walkable to shopping and food, 10-15 minute walk to everything. Loves it! Would come back.

Highly Recommend!

We had an amazing stay at the property! The house felt like a cozy cabin, especially with the wood fire burning place. The location was perfect for exploring the area, and the beautiful creek in the backyard was a highlight. Highly recommend this rental and hope to return soon!

Amazing riverfront view close to Downtown Aspen

This two level riverfront condo is located within 7-10 mins of Downtown Aspen and Ajax mountain resort. Beds are comfortable and great for adults/couples/or families with adult children like us. Some of the kitchen equipment and supplies are dated so just read labels There is a swimming pool and 2 hot tubs that were nice to sit in after skiing or workouts. The workout room was pretty small so I went to local yoga studios and took amazing classes.

Aspen ski trip

Great location for skiing- easy to catch the shuttle to the gondola or bus station. Beds are comfortable - 2 kings and one room with 2 queens-

The PERFECT spot.

This house was perfect for our girl’s weekend. The location could not be better - nestled on the river just below Independence Pass, but a stone’s throw to town. We walked everywhere, no cars for three days. It’s cozy, but offers plenty of space and is more than amply appointed with everything you could need. Communication was prompt, and check-in is super easy. I’ll absolutely consider staying here again for future Aspen trips!

Outstanding Aspen Oasis

Wow! The location was excellent, the home charming set against a river. The kitchen was perfect for our large family as we opted to cook a few meals while we were in town for a wedding. Everything is remarkably walkable. The Home itself was so comfortable. The hosts were EXTREMELY responsive, at all hours of the day - we felt so welcomed and had really the best time. Would book again in a heartbeat.

Great condo in Aspen

We stayed here one night for a girls' trip. The condo was great for our group. It was very clean, well-appointed and comfortable with a fantastic deck overlooking the river. Location is easy walking distance to downtown Aspen. Owner was super responsive and sent us suggestions for things to do and places to go.

Beautiful location, easy access

We were visiting Aspen for a wedding and combined weekend escape with family. The property is conveniently located within a short walk to downtown and nearby walking trails. The back deck is right on the passing creek and is a very nice part of staying here.

Wonderful overnight stay

Elizabeth was the ideal host for an overnight stay with family. She was quick with replies and very gracious with lots of recommendations of things to do and places to eat. The condo was beautifully decorated inside & out, with a stream running along the back. The deck overlooked the stream and was a perfect spot to sit while sipping morning coffee. Short walk to town made everything so easy! Beds were super comfy and the 3 full baths were an extra perk! I just wish we coulda stayed longer.

Amazing home!!!!

This property was all I could imagine- and some!! I have been to Aspen many times and have yet to have such a central location as this. The home is perfectly situated right by town and has everything you could need. The interiors perfectly match the mountain aesthetic and Elizabeth was the most communicative and incredible property manager ever! Me and my friend group are already planning our next stay. Don’t miss out on this property!
