Stayed in October and had hoped the fireplace would be going, it was not. The bar and restaurant was good and convenient because there was a long drive to any where else. Bed was comfortable.

The room was large and well appointed. The only negative is that we asked to have more towels and body wash replenished and they did not comply with the body wash part of the request. We love the coffee station! The restaurant was fantastic, with both great food and great service. We will be back.

The sheets on the bed had some stains on them. Called the front desk and they had someone come and change the sheets. The room was clean. Restaurant was good. The walls were thin in the rooms. Could hear the people next door. Overall the hotel was great.

We loved the inn at Aspen. They checked us in early & it was close to the main downtown Aspen. We had already booked hotel for the main stay & we came 1 night early in case of weather. We booked the inn at Aspen because of the low rate for the area & honestly next time we come back. We’ll definitely stay at this hotel longer than 1 night. Loved it.

Spotless, spacious room. Friendly, helpful staff. They have their own shuttles that will take you downtown anytime and pick you up by 10:30 pm. Warm and welcoming lobby. The restaurant, The Home Team, is excellent bbq and the bar is very nice.

Everything this property has to offer is shut down. Along with that, the room right next to us had a drunken fight between a husband and wife at around 3 in the morning. This lasted over an hour. I advised the hotel the next morning and they didn’t seem too worried about it. They told me that the female in the room got her another room to sleep in.

Room was spacious and very clean, staff was super friendly and courteous. Loved the courtesy shuttle that picks you up from the airport and also will take you into town. I did not realize this was a ski in and out hotel. Definitely want to come back when there is snow. Loved Aspen and will return. Also free coffee and hot cocoa. I would definitely recommend this hotel..Very nice lobby..

Hotel was conveniently located for what I needed. Restaurant onsite was good for dinner but not always open for breakfast.. seasonal openings. Room was clean and well equipped with microwave and mini fridge, coffee maker. Only negative was the pillows - hard and lumpy.. and HK day 2 didn’t replace the empty toilet paper roll, no bathmat, or makeup wash cloth that I had upon checkin. Coffee machines just past lobby - avail 24/7, little snack area for purchase at lobby. Free parking..could be better lit at night and entry street light was out so made it hard to turn into driveway.
