Kitchen & Dining: Fully equipped chef’s kitchen with stainless steel appliances, double ovens, large island, and dining for 10.

Indoor Comfort: Central heat & AC (dual Nest systems), high-speed Wi-Fi, and cozy spaces throughout.

Outdoor Living: Private backyard with hot tub, shaded dining, BBQ, multiple seating areas, horseshoe pit, and games—built for fun, relaxation, and sunset evenings.

• 10–15 Minutes: Paso Robles wineries, tasting rooms, and downtown dining
• 5–10 Minutes: Atascadero restaurants, breweries, and shopping
• 20–25 Minutes: Templeton and additional wine country experiences
• 25–30 Minutes: Central Coast beaches like Morro Bay and Cayucos
• 30–40 Minutes: San Luis Obispo attractions and coastal adventures

🔑 Important Guest Info
Rental Contract: A signed rental agreement and refundable security deposit authorization are required prior to arrival.
Security Deposit: A $500 security deposit is required per stay as a standard hold for incidentals.
Quiet Hours: Quiet hours start are 10 pm-8am so please take all activity in before that time, out of respect for our neighbors.
Cancellation Fee: We understand that plans can change. TVR is committed to offering a flexible cancellation policy whenever possible; however, all cancellations will incur a $75 cancellation processing fee. We strongly encourage guests to purchase travel insurance to help protect their vacation investment in the event of unexpected changes.
