Faisal was the most gracious host and proprietor. He helped us find what we needed and supplied the room with water, coffee and fresh towels every day. I wouls stay there again in a heartbeat!

Great Place to Stay

I stayed a full week and Faisal and staff were very friendly and helpful. They did a top job keeping the apartment clean. And Faisal knows a lot about the area and always had good suggestions. The location is near pharmacies, grocery stores, excellent restaurants. And I was able to do my laundry at Alekos Apartments 1 which was super convenient though laundry facilities are only a half mile away. Larissa metro station is a little more than half mile away.

Stayed in Alekos Apartments for a week trip to Athens, Greece. It was EXCELLENT. We rented a family apartment (5th floor) which had two bedrooms, living room, kitchen and full bathroom. The unit had three (3) air conditioners and they worked well (like USA air!!). The apartment was cleaned daily and refreshed with new towels. It’s newly updated and modern. Very CLEAN - I did not see a bug. The apartment has a nice wrap around porch with three doors. I was able to use the washing machine in the basement and was given a drying rack for the balcony. My apartment was refreshed with two liter bottles of water every day. Faisal (the apartment owner) was available IMMEDIATELY when any question was posted on what’s app - he was also at the apartment lobby every day. Very fun and nice guy! It is safe and feels comfortable. Excellent apartment. You are A good 35 min walk to Acropolis and flea market/shopping/tourist restaurants/areas. However, coffee shops and few restaurants around the apartment are SUPER CHEAP! We enjoyed our stay !!! You are very close to train station (e.g., 10 min walk to catch train to Thessaloniki and using BOLT for taxi’s around town it’s about $4-5 to get to main tourist areas.

Great Stay in Athens

We had a wonderful stay at Alekos Apartment. Communication was excellent and Faisal was very cordial and hospitable. He provided us with lots of info about the local area, including restaurants and supermarkets. The apartment was clean and comfortable, having all necessary amenities. It was easy to reach the city center by Uber or train. Faisal helped set ip transportation to the apartment from the airport. It was smooth and simple. I would definitely recommend.

First our host Faizal was very helpful and always available. The place is situated fairly close to the metro. We got a five day metro pass for under 20 euros. It was also good for buses. The area situation is bit run down but the apartment was v perfect.

We spent 3 nights at Alekos while in Athens. Incredible commutation with host. Greeted us when we arrived. The place was more than expected . Super clean, good walking distance across the bridge to a nice Sir Paul coffee shop. Lots of restaurants near by. 10 minutes walk to hop on hop off around Athens. Train station is a 7 minutes walk. Highly recommend Alekos apartment 👍

Great service, great room, great price

The place was very clean and smelled clean everyday, the hair dryer was powerfull, thanks for all the coffees and water. The hospitality of the owner is top notch, he genuinely wants to make sure you have everything you need to have a good time and not to worry about a thing.
