The host was extremely professional and extremely nice. The evening before our check out, since we were leaving very early, she brought us to our room a huge breakfast in anticipation of our early departure. We were really happy about this.

Impossible to communicate with and cost me $400

So I made a mistake in the Hotels UX and accidentally booked for a week later than expected. However I tried to call the hotel multiple times (maybe 8 times) to try and shift the dates and only one time did they pick up and they sent me to talk to the hotel shuttle person. He called the hotel and appeared to talk to the hotel but then jumped in a shuttle to take other people to hotels. He never got back to me either. I feel like the stole my money and did not help me at all to fix the mistake. Hotels.com also tried to communicate with the hotel and did not have any luck. I just lost about $400 us on this.

1. I did not receive the welcome drink 2. The pickup from the airport - 30 mins wait plus additional 10 minute wait (their driver drops off their priority passengers first before dropping off Comfort Stay passengers)- after a 12 hr flight, 45 mins to get to your hotel, it was frustrating when I could have hopped in a taxi at the airport and arrived 10 mins to the hotel. 3. The drop off back to the airport- The lady working at the check-in counter obtained my boarding pass info (I even showed her the information on my phone to confirm accuracy). She suggested arriving 2 hrs advance to the airport. She informed us pickup time was 4:30am for our 6:30am flight. We waited at the front until 4:47am and had to waive down an employee/driver to ask about our transportation. He stated “I wasn’t aware of a pickup at comfort stay” I had to show the driver my receipt and info to show we were a guest at the hotel. Needless to say, after about 10 mins. He agreed to transport us to the airport. I definitely would not stay here again. The airport transfer was appealing and it was close to the airport, but the transportation was sketchy. Just make sure you have extra money for an uber just in case hotel transportation falls through.

We had to book last minute due to flight complications. The staff was wonderful, very friendly and helpful. We really appreciated the shuttle service to and from dinner and to the excellent restaurant where we had a great dinner. Beautiful and peaceful. The room was clean and comfortable. It was excellent!

Hotel not in a family friendly location.

Location of the hotel gave me a panic attack for the family. We were struggling for an hour to figure out that we really booked this place to stay. And the bathroom had broken faucet are made of filthy plastic material, I ended up getting first degree burns from hot water. No one in the morning to talk to or he first aid. Since I had to get the flight, rushed to airport pharmacy to get cream to apply. And ended up in emergency care in US after landing.

A wonderful place near the airport with exceptionally friendly staff and a beautiful courtyard for a late-evening dinner. We didn’t know what to expect and were surprised at every turn. Plus, the breakfast was excellent.

The people running the place are good. All comforts are provided (towels, blankets, coffee). The bathroom is too small for anyone over 5’3”. The shower head was broken but I’m sure that’s an easy fix. The shuttle to and from the airport is very convenient and takes 20+- minutes.

This property was fantastic for our late night arrival into Athens. It was great knowing that there was a shuttle to the hotel since it was in a remote area and I don’t think we would have found it on our own. The accommodations were extremely clean and well done. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

This place was really amazing. We had a whole Villa to ourselves and Espy and Dora were top notch. They really know customer service and how to make you feel welcomed. In addition to the wonderful views of the place, I’ll never forget how Dora hand delivered home cooked breakfast the next morning or how Espy went out of her way to make our welcome theeeee best experience ever with wine and amazing food. Thank you all for an amazing close out to our vacation. We had a rough start getting to the hotel and they made up for issues that weren’t theirs to fix. I will forever be appreciative.
