Ask about your reservation room.

We waited 6 hours for our room. We got there early in the morning. But they said that it would be done early. It was not the room they gave us was a joke, but then they did make it better by giving us a different room. They were supposed to text or call us when the room was ready. While everybody else was getting their rooms, we never got a text or a phone call. Maybe because it was at a Hyatt in Athens, Greece. My advice is to ask about the deluxe room. Cuz, it seems like they have three different ones.

This was the worse experience ever. I did not get what I paid for. I paid for a deluxe king bed suite. I was given a twin bed room. I went to the front desk they offered to move the beds together and put a mattress cover over it. The staff was extremely rude when I went to the front desk to inquire about my room setup. As a person who travels frequently this was the most terrible experience I have ever had. The elevators were very small only able to fit maybe 4-5 people. If you had luggage you had to wait for an extremely long time for one that you could fit on. The food was not accommodating at all. I have never been anywhere and chicken was not an option. I would never book this hotel ever again. The way I feel I don’t even want to stay at a Hyatt at this point. I will stick to Marriott or Hilton. Where I know I will have great service.

My stay of one day was excellent. The service was wonderful. However my dinner at the 9th floor was not satisfactory. The calamari was excellent in taste and appearance however the portion was extremely tiny. The waiter was excellent and so was the hostess.

This property may look good in pictures, but it is actually old, tired and dirty. My room, which was a suite on the 1st floor smelled like mildew, the shower was filled with mold and the furnishings were run down and worn with the paint chipping off. There is only 1 dining option for dinner and it was extremely over priced for the area with a very limited menu which did not include authentic Greek food. I would definitely NOT recommend this hotel.

Staff did not properly reserve our dinner reservations. There is a great view of the acropolis from this restaurant which we couldn't see! Room floor are heavy marked with black scratches! Room was to have a view of the Acropolis which we can hardly see since we were placed on the second floor.

Fantastic staff. Super clean rooms. Great restaurant and lounge with wide selection of food and drink. Good transport access. Also had two very good restaurants nearby (one Greek, one Italian), but you had to walk past some vacant (but not terribly unsafe) properties in order to get there. We would definitely stay at your hotel again!
