It was a nice room but there were some issues: 1) It's not a hotel 2) The heating in the room wasn't strong enough. 3) The toilets cannot handle toilet paper.

We stayed in Suite 5 and found it large, comfortable and well priced. The Haya Suites are on the 5th floor of an older mixed use building, so access is by lock box and door code. Christina the property manager made this remote access and communication easy. The daily housekeeping service was very good. The location is great, within walking distance of different neighbourhoods, ancient sites, restaurants & shopping. The bakery across the street, 72H is amazing. The only negative is this is a very "self serve" accommodation, and the building feels empty with some floors dark at night. The Haya Suites floor is bright, well decorated and feels very safe. We enjoyed our stay here.

This property was in a great area, with easy access and super clean accommodations. The cleaning staff was super friendly too. HIGHLY recommend. Also, the bakery right across the alley is a GEM.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Haya City Suites in Athens. Christina was wonderful organising transport to and from the hotel and helping us during our stay. Our room was very spacious, clean and inviting. Many dining options from great coffee and pastries to fabulous food. Thank you for a wonderful stay in Athens

Christina the property manager was very attentive and helpful. There were unfortunate problems with the elevator and shower, but she was very helpful. A bit noisy at night due to the bars in the neighborhood. The room was very nice, clean and spacious. Recommend!!
