AC went out at night, customer services at night couldn't fix, woke up at 3 am cause lack of air and couldn't fall a sleep Also Expedia said pre-paid taxes, and Breakfast included, NOT True!!!!

The beds were super comfy, the pillows awesome and the sheets noticeably soft. The best I have slept in for the entire trip. This was so welcome after 3 weeks of rock hard beds and super flat pillows. The breakfast was fantastic.

Lovely hotel

This is a lovely hotel. The rooms are clean and modern. The hotel itself gives you a sense of calm on entry. The staff are beyond helpful and can’t do enough for you. The breakfast was great with a nice variety of things. I would recommend staying here. The only thing that maybe lets it down is that the area doesn’t feel the safest in the evening, but saying that we didn’t have any issues ourselves.
