The property is not as advertised. No view from room. No hot water for showers at night. Extremely small lobby area. Have to go outside to get to some rooms. Ok for one night stay but would not recommend more than that.

Very good hotel close to the ferry terminal

We got the top floor room with a great balcony giving us a very nice view of the city/port. Very friendly staff that gave us easy check in and out. Very good breakfast Situated close to the ferry terminal so easy for going with the ferries.

We arrived prior to check in time so the room was not ready and we were able to store our luggage there while we carried on with our day! They also arranged for our transfer to the airport at 3am Staff was very welcoming and helpful!

We had a family room for the four of us. It was a great room and enjoyed the balcony. The buffet breakfast was great. The staff was very friendly. We were within walking distance to some great restaurants and it was a quick walk to the port.

This hotel was nice, not great. We had a one night stay before we boarded a cruise ship, so it was adequate. I thought cruise ships had the smallest showers, but I now realize that cruise ship showers are rather large compared to our rooms shower. We arrived around 12:15 pm and were allowed to check in early for an additional 15 euros, since we were before 1:00 pm. The receptionist was business like, however the doorman was wonderful, very nice and helpful. Wished I had gotten his name!

We had an outstanding stay in the two-bedroom unit. The location is very walkable to restaurants, shopping and historic sights. Check-in instructions were very clear; we arrived after hours and had no trouble getting into our unit once someone pointed out exactly which door led to it.
