Stunning apartment is in stunning location of Athens... 😊Fortini is very friendly and approachable person who guided us with food, restaurants and the transportation. I highly recommend this Apartment.

Good location. Quite comfortable concerning space. Stinky odor in the kitchen. Tricky offer: indicating 30€/day when searching on the Expedia map and charging the same on credit card at the time you’re booking through Expedia. But charging extra 20€/day for “cleaning” indicated in a less clear way on the site and also to be payed cash.

Spacious apartment.

Quite nice apartment. Spacious. Has had a small update done in bathroom. But a good clean would have been good. Not close to transport. But is in a good proximity to supermarkets bakery restaurant etc.

Good…but less than “stunning”…

From the beginning things got off on the wrong foot when the person assigned to meet us with the keys and to orient us was unable to do so. FInally, after frantic phone calls a woman (evidently a cleaner) met us, handed us the keys with nary a word, disappeared. It’s a nice apartment whose potential is not realized due to shortcomings. Here are some examples. There was dust everywhere. Cabinets and pieces of furniture were broken. There was a lack of basic kitchen utensils like salt & pepper shakers, knives, dish towels, etc. There were no garbage bags, paper towels, toiletries or other basic supplies. A very nice washing machine didn’t work. The air conditoner barely cooled the apartment. There was not even a patio chair – let alone a table – on the balconies. Worst of all, when we went to hang things in he bedroom closet we found the closets were stuffed with garbage bags full of what seemed to be dirty bedding and towels. When it was time to check out we were again never contacted and resorted to locking the keys in the apartment and leaving. All in all, a very underwhelming and less than “stunning” performance. Lest we come off as too negative, let it be said that the location is convenient. There’s a nice parking garage right down the street since you cannot park on the street without a resident permit. Oh, and the mattress was comfortable. This apartment needs quite a bit of work to merit the word ‘stunning’ in the future.

ΑΝΕΤΟ ΔΙΑΜΕΡΙΣΜΑ-ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΗ ΔΙΑΧΕΙΡΙΣΗ

Το διαμέρισμα είναι σε πολύ καλή κατάσταση, άνετο και έχει πολύ καλή πρόσβαση. Αυτό που με δυσαρέστησε είναι πως μου ζητήθηκαν επιπλέον χρήματα να πληρώσω από αυτά που αρχικά μου ζητήθηκαν. Στο αρχικό e-mail που έλαβα μόλις έκλεισα το διαμέρισμα δεν είχε καμία αναφορά για επιπλέον χρέωση για καθαριότητα!!!Το θεωρώ απλά απαράδεκτο!!!!

Majoituksen kautta tilattu lentokenttäkuljetus toimi hyvin. Avaimet tuotiin heti, kun saavuimme. Huoneistossa repsotti keittiön kaapinovi ja yöpöydän laatikko oli rikki. WC:n ovea ei saanut kiinni. Kahvinkeitin ei toiminut. Kun soitimme asiasta, uusi keitin luvattiin toimittaa seuraavana päivänä. Sitä ei kuitenkaan ilmaantunut perjantaihin mennessä, jolloin lähdimme kotiin. Huoneistoon kantautui liikenteen melua läpi yön.

如同其名驚嚇指數破表。當初在訂房時就發現其房間數只有1間，應該是民宿性質。較麻煩的地方是聯絡房東的過程，並不順暢。房間照片與實際狀況大概打7折。因我們需極早退房，房東說鑰匙直接留在房間就可以。結果到1樓大門竟需鑰匙才能開門，房東也都沒講，鑰匙已鎖在房內。只好在半夜3：30硬著頭皮去按一樓公寓鄰居的電鈴。還好遇到一個好心的希臘女孩協助開門。我回國後一定會寫個道謝信再次謝謝這位好心的小姐。至於這個房東，我覺得實在是不及格。

Hieman kaukana ydin keskustasta.

Hieman kaukana oli majoitus ydin keskustasta mutta muiuten ihan ok. Lämintä vettä ei tullut kuin vasta viimeisenä päivänä eli suihkussa oltiin kylmässä vedessä päivisin (oli sähkö sulake pois päältä josta lämin vesi lämpeää oli unohdettu kerrtoa), Viimeisenä päivänä saimme lämintä vettä mikä oli hyvä. Siisti asunto oli sellaiselle joka ei Hotellissa halua asustella. Seuraavalla kerralla asumme kylläkin hotellissa lähempänä kaupungin ydintä.
