Located in the bustling commercial center of Athens, the apartment is on the renowned Ermou Street. Just a short, 2-minute walk from Syntagma Square, the metro station, the Greek Parliament and the National Garden, it provides unparalleled convenience.

Ermou Street, one of the most famous pedestrian streets in Athens, exudes a vibrant atmosphere year-round. You’ll find a plethora of shops, restaurants, and bars just steps from your door. The iconic Acropolis and the Acropolis Museum are only a 10-minute stroll away. Ιts location is ideal in order to explore hip neighborhoods such as Koukaki or Exarcheia and to get to know Athens as a local. The building also houses a rooftop bar and restaurant with stunning views of the Acropolis and the Athenian skyline, where you can enjoy brunch, coffee, or evening drinks.

The suite is located on the 3rd floor, it is spacious and filled with natural light. Every piece of furniture and decoration has been carefully selected to make you feel at home. The bedroom is inspired by a Captain’s cabin, a tribute to our family’s and Greece’s rich naval tradition. It accommodates two guests with a large double bed and includes a bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The apartment features Wi-Fi (24 Mbps connection), air conditioning for both cooling and heating, a smart TV and blackout blinds. The apartment is also equipped with a small fridge, kettle, toaster, and Nespresso coffee maker with complimentary capsules, as well as a selection of teas.

Check In is between 15.00 pm and 24.00. If you arrive earlier and the apartment is available, we can offer an early check in. Please note that for arrivals after midnight there is an extra cost because the bulding door closes for safety reasons and someone has to be there to provide access.
