The suites are in excellent condition and very comfortable.They have everything you need for a great stay, you can easily cook a meal in case you want or just chill in the sofa. Good ventilation and lighting. The location is great, 5 minutos walk to the metro and walking distance from multiple eating and drinking options. The main tourists attraction are also 1km away. This is much better than booking a hotel, there is no way you get this for the price they charge.
