The residence, is divided into three levels, all covered with luxurious marble floor, inside and outside. On The first level-ground floor you’ll find two large elevated terraces that overlook the blue water of a gorgeous swimming pool and an excellent panoramic view of a magnificent garden, full of plants, trees, as well as the best sunset view ‘painting’ the Athenian Sky with any possible color you may imagine. You can enjoy your meals, coffee or drinks at the outdoor dining area or just rest at its bamboo sofas enjoying the relaxing ambiance. On the same level and inside the villa, you ‘ll find a specious, sunny living room with large windows, furnished with comfortable sofas, high quality decoration, marble fireplace, a 60 inches led smart TV (Netflix, Amazon Prime), piano, dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. On the ground floor, there’s a master bedroom with ample closets and private bathroom.
Elegant marble stairs guide you to 2nd floor where is another luxurious living room and two large bedrooms (one of the them with working desk), full of light and beautiful views with double sized bed and with the finest quality of sheets and towels, large closets and private bathrooms. All bedrooms have their own private balcony. Free High Speed Satellite Internet is provided in all villa areas, inside & outside.
The basement of the villa hosts a Play Room with American Pool (Billard), Arcade Console, 40inches TV, Darts and Treadmills.
