Quirky parking lot but centrally located. The staff was AMAZING, particularly the gentlemen at the front desk. Lots of help with recommendations for dining and transport. The lobby was clean and open. The amenities were well kept and clean. We had a cold snap and they had on the fireplace the entire time. Wonderful and would definitely stay again.

The hotel was clean, the lobby bar was very nice, and the buffet was pretty good. You can also order an additional fresh-cooked dish. I did have a leak under my bathroom sink, which they did fix very promptly! Overall, it was a very comfortable stay.

Room was great just the service. I’m a Marriot Bonboy member and booked because the price was lower. Arrived the first night and called down to the front desk due to no towels being in the room. At check in I requested to have room cleaned after first night. I was at a game all day and I spoke to house keeping before I left. When I returned at 9 pm I returned to a dirty room I thought it was just me but my other party did also. Room 312 and 307. On Dec5-7
