Please note that it does NOT monitor or record conversations, but simply the noise level and the presence of smoke.

    I would rent this place again, it was located within close proximity to my fave spots: Grits and Eggs, Home Goods and Starbucks, of course. The property itself was bright and just like it appeared on the site.

    The condo was nice for two couples, fairly comfortable, just enough space. The only downside is the location, but if you plan to drive everywhere you go it’s not bad.
