The staff was absolutely amazing I forgot their names but it was 4 different women that were so nice to me. The room had a few issues concerning cleanliness I’d give it a 3/5. However our stay was good I’d definitely come back.

Breakfast was just okay. I would have liked to have more than one fruit option, peanut butter or non pork protein, or some individually wrapped options (cereal/ granola bars) for those on the run. Milk was poured from a community jug. Waffle batter was inconsistent from one day to the next.

We had room 329 the mattress was over used, a spring was poking me in the ribs all night. Andre the staff , called me in the middle of a funeral and insisted i come back to hotel to pay for another night that i already paid for thru hotel.com.

I won't be back. The first room we had no tv and had to be moved. The elevator was old small and creepy. My kids used the stairs rather then the elevator. There were someones eye lashes on the floor under/beside the bed. There was a stain behind the toilet, the faucet dripped,and the door wasnt secure.

Party time

I booked the room for my you daughter's birthday and 2 friends that I chaperoned. They called it their apartment. Breakfast and and pool hours were great.My only was that they didn't have extra bath towels on hand when I asked for them. I liked that there wasn't an extra fee for late check-out.
