Horrible experience

When I arrived there was no body wash. My room was a double Queen and NOT a single King like I ordered. When I called in for body wash the Guest Service would not answer the phone and when they finally did they promised to bring me body wash and never did. I wound up not making the late evening trip because of this.

Nice place, very convenient and the room was very clean and cozy. The noise did not bother us personall but it might be an issue for some people. There was a Salsa festival going on in the hotel and the bass was VERY loud until about 6am. We would still come back though, the pool area was beautiful!

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in

When I got there to check in, they have gave up my 2 bed room and we had to stay in 1 bed for 4 people for the first night. We also wasn’t giving a key card so an employee had to walk us to the room and let us in. The next morning we went down to get a 2 bed room and was told they were sure if they would have one for us. We booked this room two weeks before the trip. Management was rude as hell.

When we came to check in we couldn't because there computers were down my husband was told to find another hotel when we finally did get to check in they put us in a filthy room that had not been serviced yet then they gave us an "upgrade" it was next to the elevator we no sleep it awful

The room was dirty. The lamps had writing on them. All the hard to reach areas had built up dirt and dust. We paid for the valet and it took around 10 minutes each time to get our car. The front desk wasn't friendly. They were all there to do a job and they did bare minimum.

Stay was great, the only things that bothered me was valet parking only, too many added fees and the fact that with a convention at the hotel multiple bartenders and waiter staff are greatly needed. DJ is an awesome mixologist but he needed help.

The street side is loud. The staff also tends to ignore the do not disturb signs and parks their work carts whether cleaning or maintenance next to any door. I didn’t see any luggage carts anywhere. Good location.

We were charged an extra unexplained $500 after our stay. We’ve tried calling every day since, which all we get is a voicemail and no one has ever called back. After talking to our friends, they were charged an extra unexplained $700! You cannot get a hold of anyone to handle it. I wouldn’t even leave a review to complain about the giant dent in the wall, empty bottles in the shower and mediocre cleanliness. Make sure you watch your card statement after you stay!

The location is in a great place, if you are looking for quiet this is not the place to stay. It's always busy even in the middle of the night. Hotel could use major updates and figure out another solution for parking

Where do I start? From the minute we arrived it was an absolute disaster. Terrible front desk service. They acted as if they were doing us a favor by allowing us to pay to stay there. So much noise in the hallways during the night and of course no one would answer the phones at the desk. Hospitality service one day in our four day stay. The pool show in the ads is very misleading. Ventilation is poor and the chlorine overtakes you if the smell of weed doesn’t. I don’t believe the place has been cleaned in a decade. I can’t believe they have a hotel license.
