Stayed one night in this hotel and boy am I glad that I only had to live in this room for a singular night. By far one of the worst rooms I've ever stayed in and the pictures say it all. What looked to be blood on one of the pillows, unknown brown stuff on the floor of the bathroom, a sink that wouldnt drain, hair in the bathtub, old carpet that hasn't been cleaned or vacuumed in a long time, missing light covers, rusty shower drain, most things were falling apart and a horrible smell as soon as we entered the floor we were staying on where the carpets are also really dirty and an even worse smell in the room. Clearly they sprayed as much into the air as possible to give the illusion of cleanliness. It was so bad i didn't even want to sleep under the blankets of the bed or use their towels or shower. When I brought this to the front desk they wrote down all that was wrong with the room in a black notebook and said they would have someone call later about the room and to have a nice day. No one called No other questions or apologies or attempts to make the situation right just took my money and said goodbye. Parking garage is detached down a hill, no problem with that, but there is no security around the garage so good luck if you have valuables in your car. Tried to call the hotel and speak with someone who works there and kept getting foreign call centers who couldn't awnser my questions and refused to transfer me to the hotel. I want a refund and have pictures of the hotel

I travel a lot for work and this is probably the worst hotel I’ve stayed at. We got to the hotel and the sink was clogged up with water. The toilet was clogged as well. We asked for help and they took a whole day to come and fix it after telling us they had someone coming up “right now”. The next day the AC broke and caused a huge leak on the carpet. Our bags got wet and the hotel smelt like wet dog. We went to front desk and instead of being offered a new room they sent a guy up and he started vacuuming??? The gave us ONE towel when there was 2 of us. Overall I’m not picky with hotels as I’ve stayed in amazing hotels and mid-poor hotels, but I have to say this is worst. I wouldn’t stay here or recommend to anyone.

It was very bad experience with this hotel I will never recommend anyone to go there forever I mean it is ridiculous. Front desk clerk was given attitude on me while I was asking for new bed sheets and towels I did inform the front desk clerk and the housekeeper as well to make sure they give me room service they said yes we will do it and then when we come back to room at night the room was left dirty without room service so I called at front desk many times but no one answered calls so I when downstairs to front desk and they said they can’t clean the room right now but if I need towels or sheets they will provide but we have to put sheets my self I said ok that’s fine when someone brings to our room he brings the wrong size sheets so I called front desk again the lady answered and she was very rude to me so I when downstairs again at desk she was giving me very rude attitude. I will never forget this and never come back again in my life.

No one came to clean the room. I called housekeeping and the front desk to request a clean bath towel, but housekeeping didn’t respond, and the front desk staff hung up the phone abruptly and rudely.

Rude front desk staff on the 7am-3pm shift. Arrived at 2:45 pm and were told to check back in *90 minutes* to see if our room was ready yet. Shift change at 3, talked to new person — magically a room is available immediately. Over-priced breakfast buffet that is identical to what you would get at a 2- or 3-star hotel. Was overcharged for parking on checkout despite parking being included in my booking. Also charged a higher room rate than confirmed in my booking despite being shown confirmation. Front desk said this was because the reservation on their system said “Expedia.com” and not “Hotels.com”. They refunded the parking but refused to honor the room rate I was quoted. When I contacted hotels.com about the issue, the representative I spoke to said no one at the hotel would pick up the phone when they called to discuss the charged rate.
