➤There's a total of 4 bedrooms in the property but, only 3 bedrooms are for rental. The master bedroom, garage, fireplace and basement are off-limits.
➤ There's a total of 2.5 bathrooms, but only 1.5 is available for the guests' use.
➤ Two (2) guests per bed plus 1 guest can stay on the Full-sized pull-out couch

➤ Please be aware that pets are not permitted on the premises.
➤ There are 2 entry ways to enter the property.
➤ Please note that the deck is currently not accessible due to ongoing maintenance and improvement works.

➤ SMOKING OR VAPING OF ANY KIND IS NOT ALLOWED in the home. If we find any evidence of smoking inside we will have to charge you the $200 smoking fee.

➤ For stays of 30 nights or more, guests are required to sign a standard lease agreement in accordance with local regulations. This will be sent after booking and must be completed before check-in

☀ Last-Minute Bookings: For reservations made within 48-72 hours of arrival, our standard check-in time is 7 PM. We may be able to accommodate an earlier 4 PM check-in upon request; please let us know your needs, and we will do our best to assist.

Bugs. Wasp in the home. Large roaches make their way into the living room. House is in need of repair and there are several broken fixtures as well as a hole in the upstairs bathroom wall. When I informed the host she only sent wasp spray…. Would not recommend. Would not stay again. Host was nice and check in was easy but this property is nothing like the photos. Also did not have access to the patio area as advertised.
