Couldn’t check in and staff were rude I came from a different state and they told me I couldn’t be there because I damaged property but I’ve never been to that hotel nor that state before. When I tried to explain that I was told to get a refund

I had two leaks in my room's ceiling, I went to the office to inform the staff and it seemed as if not only did they know about it but they felt it was an unavoidable thing. They sited that the "broiler was above and it wull sometimes leak". Broiler rooms are usually on the ground floor to avoid that issue and my room was on the second floor. The interaction felt dismissive.

The customer service was amazing but the rooms had a filthy chair in there, the blanket was dirty with spots all on it, the pillows were used up. and it has a smell, they insisted no smoking in the room. Not clean enough
