Fine but not fantastic
The good- The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly. The rooftop bar has a great view. It’s very conveniently located to Lenox/Buckhead. The coffee bar downstairs is good.
The bad-
2/3 of the elevators were not functioning - 1 to the guest floors and 1 to the rooftop bar. Consequently, when we came in at night, we had to wait for 20+ minutes for an elevator to our room because of all the patrons trying to get to the roof.
The downstairs restrooms were trashed in the morning. Such that they were unusable.
Instead of cleaning those, they were focused on minor stuff in the lobby.
When we left our coffee (and my friend’s Stanley) on a table in the lobby for 2 minutes while we took bags out to the car, they were gone before we could come back to get them. $15 down the drain.
The lighting in the rooms is so low that it would be very difficult for a somewhat visually impaired person.
And both the floors where our group had rooms smelled so strongly of pot that it permeated our rooms from the hall.
In short, if we hadn’t gotten such a good deal on the room, I’d be very upset. As it stands, I’m ambivalent but I doubt I’d stay there again without a bargain.
