Even though this business was remodeling while we were there, all the amenities were still open and available. The staff was nice. The place looked clean. It wasn’t overcrowded I was pleased

It was good experience. The room was spacious and clean. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is ok and can do better to make food more flavorful and savory. Also, the internet had not work at all which is not good especially if there is work to be done.

I absolutely loved my stay at Hyatt Place. The room was nice, spacious & comfortable & parking was free. Additionally, the breakfast was above the typical continental standard at most hotels that include breakfast. I would definitely stay at this hotel again!!

We had a very disappointing and frustrating experience staying at this location. My family and I arrived after a 16 hour trip and were extremely exhausted and just needed to take a shower and rest. The Front Desk agent was overwhelmed with attending multiple guests and reservations. We had to wait a while to be checked in at 9 pm. The room assigned did not have clean towels and supplies. We were moved to a different room where the air conditioner was not working and the temperature was over 78 degrees F. No Internet connection. No one to answer calls when we called the front desk for assistance. Bugs in the lobby’s floors. This was not a cheap reservation. I will never stay at this hotel again.
