I stayed at this hotel from December 28–29 and had an extremely disappointing experience. During our stay, there was no television or WiFi due to an outage. While outages happen, the situation became unacceptable when I became stuck in an elevator for approximately 25–30 minutes. This was stressful and alarming, especially as a guest. After I was assisted out, the elevator remained out of service for several hours. Guests were forced to use the stairs to reach their rooms. I had two rooms on the 5th floor, making this physically exhausting and highly inconvenient for my party. I contacted the hotel directly to address these concerns and request a resolution but never received a response. Between the lack of basic amenities, the elevator safety issue, and the absence of follow-up from management, this stay fell far below expectations.
