The hotel was in a great location. Beautiful lobby and convenient connection to peachtree center with food and shops. The room seemed clean however it had a weird smell.

The staff were very pleasant and professional. Had a problem with no self parking. The Sway restaurant, the only dine in eatery, didn’t offer breakfast at any time of the day. Vegetarian options were limited. Collard greens were over cooked and full of stems. Food court consisted mostly of fast foods. The Marta train is convenient located. After returning from a show after 11p, my hotel card key didn’t work and the doors were locked. People had to walk around the hotel building and encountered many vagrants begging for money and shouting at the hotel’s guests. The hotel should have informed us that the doors near the food court would be locked and what route to go to the front door. Hyatt Regency and Atlanta’s government needs to do more to improve the neighborhood. The house keeping was great.

The room were not clean. It appears to be clean, but it was not clean. Parking cost too much for someone staying there for $700 for three nights. your swimming pool were too small for all the money. The people was paying to stay there and enjoy their self.

Everything was great except the ‘birthday party’ weekend. Thankfully we left before the weekend because the respect for the noise level after hours was not enforced. People next to us played loud music well into the morning on Friday night (2:30am). If we had been in town for work we’d have been very disappointed.

This was such a fun stay. The inside of the hotel is very nice and the room was one of the best I’ve stayed in recently. Only thing is the faucet in the bathroom sink is set a little far back which makes a mess when using it, but that is minor. I appreciated the hospitality of the workers. I loved the music they played. Loved the Beyonce tribute in the lobby. Loved the bar… it was all good.

Good downtown hotel with accessibility.

The hotel was very nice and our room was very clean. Our issue was with the music playing in the elevator lobby all night long. It seemed like volume would randomly increase throughout the night. If you stay here make sure you don’t get a room right next to the elevators.
