Weekend horror turned all good

I stayed there for Valentines day weekend an i really enjoyed myself. My only thing was at check in. There was 2 cards on file an i paid my pet fee with one card an the room on another. They charged my personal card everything an not my virtual card. Messed my whole weekend up. I had to cancel all my plans. But Valentines Day was what it was about. We both enjoyed that night cuz it was planned in advance an the rest of the weekend was indoors due to the weather. Over all my stay was relaxing an unbothered. I give them 4 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

This hotel was horrible house keeping would not come in tye shower had stand still wAyer and they didnt fix it till the 4th day we were there.They gave us trash bags to pull our own trash and change it but they left before i finished so we had to kerp the trash in the room. lyckily we were rhere for a concert and gave Valentine's together so we werent too mad

You definitely get what you pay for, so it’s hard to give it a bad review. So here is just…a review: the parking is free and convenient; the hotel smells like a super toxic cleaning product - I feel for the staff that have to breathe that in on the daily…and what is that scent masking?; the room was on the main floor, and smelled like musty old smoke; although clean-ish, the furniture, bathroom floors and bathroom door are all banged up and rotting away; There is no safe in the room so we opted to forego our daily clean by keeping the do not disturb sign on our door preventing anyone from coming into our room; The breakfast was ok. A lot of overly processed items. Stay safe and eat the yogurt, toast yourself a bagel and grab a piece of fruit. There were also waffles, eggs and sausage. Waffle tasted bland and eggs and sausage didn’t look tasty enough to try. Out of everything - the worst thing was the toxic smell throughout the property.
