REQUIREMENTS AT CHECK OUT: PLEASE PLACE ALL YOUR TRASH IN THE BAGS PROVIDED AND PLACED IN THE GARAGE. ENSURE THERE WERE NO SPILLS ON CARPETS, WALLS, AND HARDWOOD FLOORS WERE NOT DAMAGED DURING YOUR STAY. CHECK FOR DAMAGES THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE HOME AT THE END OF YOUR STAY. WE ENFORCE OUR DEPOSIT COLLECTION IF THE ABOVE IS NOT COMPLETED. CHECK IN IS 4PM. CHECK OUT IS 11AM UNLESS A PAID LATE CHECK IN/OUT WAS APPROVED TIL 4PM. CHECK IN AND OUTS.
