Great communication and gave us needed flexibility. Very kind and friendly throughout our one month stay. Home is in a great and safe location, and has a nice layout for family. Host response time was immediate, and she even delivered kitchen items at the door when we noted a few needed items! Would definitely stay here again!

Great for baseball family stay

We stayed here for EC baseball tournaments and it was a great house for 2 baseball families. Close to the fields and nice to relax and cook meals in between games. Convenient location. Easy check in and out process.

Nice Clean House in a Lovely Part of the Atlanta Area

We really enjoyed our stay. Pros - Nice ownerNice houseNice areaComfortable bedsWasher/DryerEasy in and outNice new carpetCons- The extra amenities were a little sparseNo shampoo or bath soap (even though listed in description )No laundry detergent - a couple of pods would have been niceKeurig Coffee maker - only 3 pods for 3 adults x 3 nightsTowels - only one bath towel and hand towel per guestIt was such a nice place, but I was really surprised at the small number of towels, coffee and no laundry detergent. Most vacation rentals give you enough supplies for a couple of days and an extra towel or two. I've never stayed at one that offered a washer and dryer that didn't have at least some laundry detergent. Having to go out and buy coffee pods and laundry detergent for a three day stay is kind of unusual.

The house looked exactly as shown in pictures. The complaint we had was the kitchen was sparse when it can to utensil’s and the pans were dirty.Nothing for serving or anything extra. We also thought it had a grill, but did not, so we went out and brought one and left for other guests. The house was very clean and any questions, Janet answered very promptly. Thank you.

Nice House

Very clean house. Communication was Excellent. Check-in was easy. We stayed a whole week. The biggest issue we had was a neighbor with a loud truck that he started every morning at 6am and one morning was 5am. He lets it run about 30 minutes before he leaves. If you can get over that, it is great place to stay.

Spring break in Atlanta area

Clean, comfy and quiet place to stay in the Atlanta area if you have.a car and don't want to stay in the city. Not too much of a drive to get around and we found several good restaurants in the area.

Loved the old covered bridge

This property was as advertised! Very clean, very quiet and comfortable! And there is an awesome one lane covered bridge on route leading to neighborhood! Minutes from grocery, gas, and restaurants. Stayed here for work and I would stay again if I’m in the area!

Quaint home away from home

This property was the DEFINITION of a home away from home. The location was close to grocery stores and The Battery. Yet far enough that the neighborhood was quiet with minimal traffic. Lots of natural light and very cozy!

Hidden Gem

This is an amazing vacation rental. The area is quiet but close to everything. The owner is very hospitable and welcoming. Fun fact: To our surprise, the rental is about 1.5 miles from one of Georgia's historic covered bridges. Perfect for a nice morning walk. Five stars for sure!!
